  1. Old Business
    1. Dock area activity
      1. MWCD has marked dead trees for removal.
      2. Tables and Benches were added by the west and east dock areas

Russ Bohaty, Mike Johnson, and Lonny Stewart put together and installed them on the west side, and Tim Nauman worked on the set-up on the east side.

  1. New Business
    1. Swim Area needs to be repaired over the winter.  The ropes are brittle and worn.  This will be replaced when the water is down.  Tim Nauman will be in charge of this project.
    2. Speeding.  Chris and Renee Sprague asked that we discuss the problem of people speeding on West Lakeside Drive.  They would like new signage reminding people that there are children playing on the roads and limit the speed.
    3. Dock area maintenance. Dock area is being maintained by neighborhood volunteers who mow and clean up the area.  All residents are encouraged to keep this area mowed and cleaned.
    4. Lake access.  Nancy Alleshouse raised the issue of access to the docks by golf carts.  Lake access is officially designated as the path between the Fox and Ramold houses.  This path will not accommodate a golf cart.  Residents can use the property owned by the Fox and Jones family, but people should avoid racing or cutting across the lots for safety reasons.  There are a few sink holes that could be hazardous.  We discussed marking these holes so golf carts and people walking can avoid them.  The cause is the collapse of the original tiles buried in the 50s.  We discussed the difficulty of replacing them.  There was no resolution on how to deal with the collapsed tiles and subsequent sink holes.
    5. Communication.  The association has a web site that provides information. Also, Sharon Bohaty has sent messages to members without much return communication.  Please, let’s do a better job of communicating.  If there are people who do not use e-mail or computers, we can send hard copies.  John Evans and Mark Sweasy were mentioned as two members who would rather have paper messages.  We will work on this.
    6. Dock status.  Currently there are no unfilled requests for docks.  Two new docks were installed this summer:  one on the East docks and the other on the West docks.
